Education Developed by DCPHP

DCPHP
considers the education of the public health workforce to be among its most important tasks. To this end, it has developed a series of free web-based courses directed at public health workers. These courses include Emergency Department Preparedness, Epi-surveillance, Risk Communication and Victim Assistance.

These courses are practical and require about 30 minutes per module.
To access the currently available courses, please go to CO Train.

Other Education Opportunities

Currently many opportunities exist for both on-line and classroom education for members of the public health workforce. The Public Health Foundation offers a directory of available training at www.train.org.
